1. Executive summary
The purpose of this report is to examine which recreation and culture is the best to include in the resort as regeneration of Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon. Research for this report is included a series of questionnaire. The questionnaire was given out at International College Wales Swansea.
Sunway Group Corporation would hope regenerate the area by create more recreation center and by prompt diversity of culture background to Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon. The major findings are the resort will be best including water sports and boating facilities, as those two events are most demanding. On the other hand, British and Chinese cuisines are the top choices for restaurant.
As the business sets satisfying public preferences as business strategy, the gym, horse riding and boating lessons will be led by a few professionals personal trainer.
This report will providing recommendation of s in order for employees or staffs to provide world class services such as minimizing individual mistakes. High technology services will also be included, as it will certainly bring more convenience to customers. Finally, high level of cuisine, cooks should all be qualified in order to work in Sunway Resort.

Development Consent Order (DCO) under the planning Act 2008, Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon would be the largest tidal power plant in the world. However, it the project would take two years to build. Shorrock (2014) said that Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon is regenerated the area by creating jobs opportunity and boost the economy in the country.
