Initially company top management should fulfill the higher order needs of the workers. With this Maslow’s theory use Herzberg two factors theory to eliminate the hygiene factors like achievement, responsibilities, growth, recognition and advancement and create the motivators factors like Salary, Security, work condition, company polices, work condition and relationship with peers and supervisors of the organization
