To understand what the nurses where most and least satisfied about I had to analyse data from the all three hospitals for the 3 aspects of the job. The three aspects of the job included work, pay and promotion. To have a better understanding of which ways I could present this I went on to split the overall satisfaction into 5 sections to make the data clearer. These sections were 0-20%, 21-40%, 41-60%, 61-80% 81-100%. The categories represent the range of satisfaction the nurses had for each aspect of the job and it enabled me to create a bar chart to show this data. By looking at the bar chart I created, it shows that there is a huge variety in the opinions of the nurses of the satisfaction from each part of the job. After evaluating the bar graph it shows that more nurses received 81-100% level of satisfaction from promotion. This suggests that there is a high level of promotional opportunity. The bar chart also shows that the work of the nurses was the aspect of the job which was given the least amount of satisfaction from the nurses. It has the most nurses giving it a low satisfaction rating (0-40%) than the other two aspects. This suggests that the work needs the most improvement as it has the lowest level of
