The organization that I have chosen to do my SWOT analysis on is the New Orleans Saints football team. They are among the most successful teams of this decade but not ranked very high as far as most lucrative organizations in the National Football League. They are currently ranked 23rd among the 30 active teams in the national football league. The organization was formed and became a professional football team in 1967. The team got its nickname due to its founding being on All Saints Day on November 1, 1967. The team initially one of the weaker franchises in the league. It didn’t win many games and struggled to sell out games. They have won one Super Bowl title, 5 Division Championships, and made only 9 playoff appearances in its 46 year existence. The ultimate goal of this organization is to win football games and generate revenue by selling tickets and merchandise.…

I would expect to consider retail industries using as a hardware tools is I phone in their organizations in the 21st century. So using I phones as a registers where you checkout. I seen that in only high end location of Nordstrom uses it in New York. The process works in a way of the sales person can help you to get informed about the product and if you decided to buy it you do not have to go to the register. The sales person carries I phone with them and they can check you out right in the spot. Of course this is for credit purchases if you like to use cash basically you will need a change so it has to be checked out through register. But on the other hand debit card can be used instead of credit cards to avoid going through the register.…

The store we all know of today as Lowe’s Home Improvement started out as a single small hardware store located in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina back in 1921. Lucius S. Lowe died in 1940 and left his business to his daughter Ruth Lowe. She eventually sold the company to her brother Jim Lowe. Jim Lowe took on his sister’s husband Carl Buchan as a partner in 1943. In 1952, Jim and Carl had different ideas on company expansion, so they split into 2 companies and Carl Buchan took control of the hardware business. This was the start of the Lowe’s we know of today. The company overview today is demonstrated best from their website, “Lowe 's has been helping our customers improve the places they call home for more than 60 years. Founded in 1946, Lowe’s has grown from a small hardware store to the second-largest home improvement retailer worldwide. Lowe’s stores stock 40,000 products in 16 product categories ranging from appliances to tools, to paint, lumber and nursery products. Lowe’s has hundreds of thousands of products available by Special Order – offering everything customers need to build, maintain, beautify and enjoy their homes. Lowe 's operates more than 1,745 stores in the United States, Canada and Mexico.”…
