Swot Analysis of Ajwa Rice Mills
Strength: The rice business is a basic or you can say primary need base business and the commodity is sold around the year whereas Asian south pacific region is concern demand is always at peak because consumers mostly prefer rice than its substitute wheat to satisfy their utility. The labor in Pakistan to work in field of rice is easy rather than other type of businesses because it’s a traditional field to local community in rural areas where our plants are manufactured and those labors are been furnished now a days with latest technology and working capital is more familiarized with machines and best skills are been transformed due to global change in human behavior. Whereas raw material is concern most of the rural area near Kambar and Shahdadkot land is fertile. Mostly people of K&S are dependent on agricultural field landlord and formers, the fertilizing to cultivating rice crops remained easy as well as beneficial to formers so this lead us to receive a wide variety of raw material to polish in our manufacturing unit to process and get final goods to be read in such a assortment likewise: basmati rice and super colonial the best quality rice to aree, 75% size rice to half size rice and much more of it. This much of variety is due to surplus of production in near areas. The domestic market demand is raising day by day as the population is growing every minute so as the international demand and that’s a strength for a businessman in which boundary spinning of segment is rapid to which he/she had targeted.

Weakness:
Human capital is a distinct quality of a rice miller and to any other organization to achieve better than its competitor in market. Whereas the literacy rate of Pakistan is low in rural area specially Kambar and Shahdadkot is concern people are less certain to learn technical knowledge in poly technical college near district Larkana so managing human capital and arranging trainings for them to get expected performance in competitive era of
