“Tajco, is committed to supply design, construction, supervision, sales and after sales services of construction projects that are of consistent quality and confirm fully with company and statutory requirements and implied expectations in terms of technical, budget and time compliance.
In order to achieve this policy we will:
• Be continually dedicated to review, develop and improve all the aspects of our business.
• Develop and improve the company’s services in line with the client’s needs and expectation.
• Develop an efficient and effective Quality System and generally accepted best practices in the management of construction project.

The complexity of the organization and commitment: Tajco is a complex and highly decentralized company. Being project based, the organization is constantly changing shape as teams of employees and subcontractors form, disband and reform over the lifetime of a project. Consequently, measuring true Sustainability performance using conventional methods such as baselines is difficult, if not sometimes impossible.
Nevertheless, commitment to contribute to a more sustainable world is resolute. However, the ongoing implementation challenge is very real and highly demanding – success or failure lies in the hands of the people at project level. They try to plan ahead and do their best to address the opportunities and challenges that are, or could be, linked to their activities.
