I have collected some customer’s phone numbers in my database for the purpose of making them call. Then I started talking with customers by phone. Every day I need to make my own database and make 125 call to the customers from these database. I have to introduce our company to the customers by the phone call. I have to say details about our services and benefits. I need to describe our packages, pricing policy, selling policy and required documents. I need to convince them for selling our service. I collected some data from the customer and input that information in my database which we call DOZE
