Also in Act 3, after killing Banquo Macbeth tells that “blood will have blood” (3.4.151) (Quoted from Schools shmoop). Which means that everyone who do bad must face it. Macbeth hallucinated murdered Banquo at the feast which scared him due to which he blurts out, "I am in blood / Stepped in so far that, should I wade no more, / Returning were as tedious as go o'er" (3.4.165-174).
