1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 COMPANY HISTORY

Organization Name. Chinneys Schooler’stuff
Nature of Business. It is a retail and wholesale business. The process starts from the owner purchases/orders from the supplier/manufacturer and then the owner sells the product to the customers that request the product. It may be a direct selling from the shop to the customer or delivery from the business to the Customer.

1.2 MISSION AND VISION

Mission. Its mission is to help and provide the demands of the people. They will not only make a living to satisfy themselves but also to help others.

Vision. Its vision is to be one of the progressing businesses in the Naga, in our customers, and people of Naga. The business expects and demands the best they have to offer by always keeping the customers have what they need.

1.4 BACKGROUND OF THE CURRENT SYSTEM (discuss here the current system/procedure being used by the organization)

The main process of the business starts from the owner purchases/orders from the supplier/manufacturer and then the owner sells the product to the customers that would like to buy the product.
It is a direct selling from the shop to the customer, where hand-in-hand transactions occur, the customer drops by the store and may deliver the products from the business to the customer. They manually write the customers, sales, deliveries and purchases in the business on papers. Another process is checking and tracking the inventory by manually counting the stocks, sales and purchases by their workers if products are omitted or obtained.
