General Objectives
The researchers aim to develop an Online Inquiry and Resort
Reservation System for Champ Aqua Farm and Resort.
Specific Objectives
• To be able to design a homepage for Champ Aqua Farm and Resort.
• To be able to design a log in form and registration form for the guests. • To be able to design a reservation form for guests.
• To be able to design gallery for details about the resort or the property. • To determine the design FAQ’s and About Us section for questions, suggestions and other inquiry.
Scope and Delimitation
Scope
The proposed system covers the following:
• The proposed online inquiry and reservation system is designed for customer satisfaction of
Champ Aqua Farm and Resort.
• The customers can view rooms available in
Champ Aqua Farm and Resort.
• The system can accept payment through credit card or debit card.
Delimitation
• The online inquiry and reservation system cannot issue an official receipt.
• It cannot download any form in order to reserve rooms or venue.
• The reservation approval of customers is 24 hours upon filling-up the application form online Significance of the Study
