TERRY HONEYCUTT v. UNITED STATES
TERRY HONEYCUTT v. UNITED STATES Got to the U.S. Supreme Court by CERTIORARI TO THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE SIXTH CIRCUIT.
The issue was HONEYCUTT was knowingly selling a product (iodine Crystals) used in methamphetamine production.
HONEYCUTT was convicted on 11 of the 14 counts with which he was charged. The jury found him guilty and sentenced him to concurrent terms of 60 months for each count.
