In all honestly Years ago, kids were playing outside and enjoying the life without the necessity of being texting or playing video games. Screen time is a critical problem that children are facing and today many kids are using their imagination less than ever.Furthermore, child obesity has risen critically in the last decades, this in consequence that children do not do exercise.All they do is use the cell phone, watch TV or play video game becoming sedentary (Patel).For these strong reasons, there is a movement named " Take Back Childhood" started by Melissa and Doug, which began with the purpose of teach children how to discover themselves, their passions and goals (Bernstein).
