Taping Research Paper
Taping/Treatment Area: This area is for taping and treating athletes. There are two taping tables that are 42 inches long, 38 inches high, and 24 inches wide that are in the middle that are covered with vinyl. The tables are 18 inches apart from each other. There are also two treatment tables that are 84 inches long, 32 inches high, and 24 inches wide on the left of the taping tables that is covered in vinyl. OSHA recommends that the treatment and taping tables are covered in vinyl. The flooring is tiled.
Rehabilitation Area: This area is for exercising to restore the athletes function. There is an exercise bike in the middle. On the right side of the bike is the elliptical trainer. On the left side of the bike are the special weights. The flooring is carpet. This area is following OSHA’s guidelines because OSHA if for ensuring health.

The size of the athletic training room is 700x700.

Manager (1), assistant manager (1), Athletic director (1), Head coach (1), Coaches (2), Student athletes (5), Athletic secretary (1), School nurse (1), Certified athletic trainer (1), Assistant athletic trainer (1), Team physician (1), Guard (1) Physical therapist (1), Massage therapist (2)= 20 staff.
Documentation
Responsibility: The certified athletic trainer is responsible for filling out all the documentation. The athletic trainers use SOAP notes and injury reports. History, injuries, assessments, and treatment plans for the athletes will be on the documents. The documentation has to be accurate as
