Any business’ goal is to satisfy its customers wants and needs, in this area, the customers’ needs differs from a segment to another, as for the adults the key that motivates them is the competition as they will be able to participate in different cross fit events (fit festival), as for the athletes their goal is to maintain their fitness abilities and the housewife they are worry about a safe place to leave their children at , the FITTEST provides them by a play ground with different activities to entertain their kids, they are all aiming for living a better healthy life.

The box also offers At Home exercise, where a type of optional gear is offered with different types of exercise to work-out on. It helps fitters at times where they won’t be able to constantly come to the box to complete their course. As Crossfit exercise are time efficient (takes 15-20min.) it will help trainers to stay on track.

The certified coaches who help the box to provide its services are experts who are highly trained and qualified to train beginners, providing them with full coverage about what they may face as beginners and how to overcome it. These experts are to be certified with first aid certificate that will reduce any injuries from any kind.
