Drake practiced his coding since he started high school with a basic coding language. After his coding experience, Drake realize that computer science was what he wanted to pursue as a a career. A daily scrum meeting is held every morning where Drake and his coworkers discuss what was done the day before and what needs to get done that day. In these daily meetings any constraints or problems are identified. Every two weeks, he is assigned to different assignments such as a coding assignments, documentation, testing, and similar tasks. Most of the day is spent completing the assignments and meeting with coworkers, as needed, in order to complete the assignments. Drake says that working with coworkers that do not have his same point of view can be frustrating, some days. He explains that everyone has their own view of work so he just respects their decisions and he lets them work their way and he works his way as long as it is going to work. The skills need for the position Drake possess are, coding skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, time management skills, Java, XML, Sql, and other skills. I learned many things that I didn't even know or had learned before. He even requested for me to send him my resume so that he can check with the HR department for available internships. It was a great experience and I am thinking about doing more in order to gain more knowledge from different other
