Your Answer: | With students like Damien your responsible to the point where you cant control his actions anymore from his actions. You can only give a child like this so many chances because you have to step with with the princpal or the parents. You as a teacher have to do this to keep yourself and your students safe. | | | | Teachers are legally responsible for the actions of all students, including ones like Damien.
