As a team leader, Lauren Griffith appeared to be a great asset to the team, but her time management skills could use improvement when it came to the continuous stirred tank reaction. However, even with this deficiency in time management skills, her team was able to complete all of their trials and gather very accurate and sensible data.
In my opinion, my greatest contribution to the success of team 11 has been my dedication to performing the experiments in a proper and thorough way. I have tried my best to perform every task and experiment carefully and with a watchful eye for detail. I also believe that my encouraging words have helped my teammates by boosting their self-confidence and creating a more friendly work environment that promotes communication and tolerance for mistakes.
Cross trainers Danica Thomas and Michael Bruno both showed great initiative when working with their respective experiments and helped team 11 complete all of the required trials in an effective and efficient way. Both Michael and Danica proved to be very knowledgeable with their respective cross training experiments and were of great help to team 11. All of the remaining cross-trainers performed well and all possessed an in depth understanding of the experiments and were an overall benefit to the team as they were cooperative and
