Section I: Team Member Skill Inventory
As a team we understand the importance of knowing our fellow team mates strengths and weaknesses. “An individual’s strongest areas will be those where he or she has a talent, but also has a sense of when and how to use that talent constructively”(Gregory, 2007).Having a team member skill inventory will help us as a team in many different aspects including conflict, organization, leadership, and contribution.
Name Strengths/Contributions Not so strong areas
Section II: Work Plan
1. Each team member will share their work with other team members both through email and through the team discussion area of the class. By using of both we will be able to ensure that all team members have access to the information and that it is easily accessible to all.
2. Weekly assignments to each team member should be assigned by the team leader no later than Monday evening. Each team member should post and assignment check-up by Wednesday at midnight mountain time, although everyone should have something ready to discuss at the team meeting on Wednesday evening. This will include what that member is working on at the time and where they are in the process of their section of the assignment. This will allow the team to ensure that all members are on the same page and that all members will be able to complete their part of the work by the required time. All assignments will be turned in to the team leader by Saturday at midnight mountain time. This will allow for 24 hours’ time to correct any problems or to complete any missing work before the class deadline of midnight mountain time on Sunday. If at any time a team member is unable to complete the required work that team member should turn in all research and completed work to the team ASAP. Once that team member has submitted what they have at that
