TECHNICAL ASPECT
Description of the Project The propose project is the Establishment of GS Canteen. It is a sole proprietorship. It has a floor area of 8x10m2. It is organized to serve variety of school supplies and goods at an affordable price. The capital will be P----- including the land which cost P------- for its pre-operating period. The main products of the proposed canteen will be school supplies, meals and beverages. The business will operate from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The location is very accessible to the target customers.
Location Description The Establishment of GS Canteen is located at Isabela State University-Echague campus (see Appendix for the vicinity map). The location is favorable due to the following reasons:

Layout
The layout of the proposed business is shown in a figure. (see Appendix for the layout and design)
Working Area
Receiving Area The manager/owner or one of his employees inspects first the ordered goods to ensure that all items are properly received. The inspection must prioritize the quantity and quality of the product.
Storing Area This is where goods or supplies are stored. It is the duty of an employee to ensure that all goods or supplies are stored properly. The employee will apply FIFO (First In First Out) stocking procedure to avoid expirations of the stocks and to avoid losses.
Display Area This is the area where goods are being displayed. The area for customers to choose or pick their goods.

Building
The estimated cost of the building is P____. It has an area of 8x10 m2 with a counter area, store room, display area and dining area.
Utilities
The electric current of the proposed project will be supplied by the ISELCO 1 (Isabela Electric Corporation 1)
Waste Disposal Trash cans should be placed outside and inside the store. Waste materials should be segregated; bio-degradable, non bio-degradable and recycled materials. Garbage collectors will collect the garbage daily.
