Ever since humans ushered in the necessary tools of life, our technological evolution has skyrocketed. Humans have always been pioneers. It’s because of this innate nature, that humanity has served as the tip of the spear for evolution. When the ability to progress ceases, an existential dread sets in like no other. As a society, this feeling of hopelessness isn’t something we can live with. To flee from this phenomenon that is known as stagnancy, we birthed the tools that would change the way we live. Because the technology is so new, the functionality of the device is not widely tested and can possibly be faulty for anyone that gets it implanted. There is a risk of possible bodily harm. The prices of many wearable devices end up costing a lot of money and ends up failing because people aren’t willing to cough up the money needed for something they may deem to be unnecessary or outdated. Products like the Google Glass were already frowned upon because of its ridiculous price. Some wearable devices are currently bulky and uncomfortable to wear. Lack of Features many of the devices that currently fit under the wearable category can at most keep track of your health or send a text message to a friend.
• Faulty – Currently many wearable devices have had trouble with their features. For example, products like the apple watch have had connectivity issues with LTE and that takes out the possibility of listening to music without your phone. Meaning that the feature they are boasting about isn’t there so you are left waiting until the manufacturer comes up with a solution either with an update or a replacement of said
