According to the passage or the scenario, the societies that are corrupt will always decline, go without any development, the societies are not that developing in terms of education. When the society is hit by the corruption there is no transparency, things are done behind closed doors. The schools will be underdeveloped, roads will not be developed and maintained like what it is now happening in the Republic of Zimbabwe where even the economy of the country is down or has fallen to nothing. The citizens of the country are faced with poverty and they earn next to nothing in salaries and or their wages. Teachers are not paid well; the health workers, the police force are always complaining about their corrupt officials who are only interested in their own stomachs, who doesn’t care about the next person, looting is what they do the best. The society that is hit by corruption decline because even those parts of allocations that are meant for particular people in the society they end up without it. They will be divided for other things and that allocation it be money or anything it gets lost in the process.
Question 2
When people are open to talk about it, report any corrupt acts to the authorities. In some instances the anti-corruption watch must be used to the maximum. The anti-corruption units if they can be effectively utilised and its findings be followed on, and if there is anything reported it must be taken seriously and the perpetrators must be arrested and dealt with and at least be punished heavily so that this act of corruption people will know that this should not be done. The audit must be continuously done on the government fiscals because it starts up there from the president up to the least official in all the departments and everywhere in the society so that people live according to the moral standards.
