Small-scale Enterprise or sometimes called the Small Business is important because it is a kind of business that employs small number of workers and does not have a high volume of sales. These enterprises are generally privately owned and operated sole proprietorships, corporations or partnerships. Another importance is that a certain owner having small-scale enterprise can gain independence in their business. They also get the rewards for themselves, these are the two powerful incentives. The legal definition of a small-scale enterprise varies by industry and country. We have some common examples of small businesses particularly food businesses such as restaurants, bakeries and so on. These certain small businesses can be obviously found in our Philippine Economy. In our Teensy Resto Hoora, we have authority to entertain our customers. We have a cozy musics that well comfort the costumers feelings, the surroundings is pleasant and the ambiance is relaxing. The business location site is in Ayala,
Center Cebu. The types of foods to be served are Main dish like Burgers, Pizza, Pasta, Fresh
Spinach Salad, Scallops, Adobo, Sweet Potato Chips, Coffee Crusted Beef Belly, Chicken Bacon
Bombs, Chorizo Sausage, Serrano Ham, Sangria, Saffron, Paella Vallenciana, Potato Omelet,
Torilla and Costo Muffin. We have drinks like Sangria, Cider, Coffee, Beer, Cava, Red Wine,
Sherry, Chocolate, Horchata, Giin and Tonic. Our desserts are Mango Float, Spanish Flan,
Brownies, Banana Cake, Dutch Apple Pie, Carrot Cake and Halo-Halo. Restaurants face an additional challenge because they deal with multiple demographics- such as couples (two- person reservations) and families (four-person reservation, which include mom,dad and two children). If you want your company to be a success, you must know your target audience or more specifically your costumer’s demographics. Too often a business falls by the wayside because they did not do their homework

For example, if your target audience is between 16-20 then you need to take certain factors into account such as people in that particular age group may not have a substantial income if any so your company may decide to advertise products with things like student discounts. This will engage that target audience because the customer will think the advert is directed at them and this will make them interested and may consider buying your products. Another way that a business can engage their target audiences could be having a good customer service, because by having a customer service that is helpful to people will make them feel confident using your company in the future and that company will get a good…

Small companies are very important to our economy as they employ large number of employees in our economy and they are flexible and generally locally operated which means exchange of money stays in the community and they pay sales tax, business tax and wages which are spend locally. You take an example of locally owned restaurant business (Restaurants can also be considered as small companies) where restaurant purchases raw material from a grocery store or from a farmer locally and hires somebody local to serve/cook which creates job locally and most of the clientele are local as well. Many of the high tech companies are small companies where they come up with very innovative products which help the mankind. Some small companies in Silicon Valley succeeded in developing very high tech products with limited manpower and funding because they had limited manpower to manage. Small companies have lesser overhead as compare to larger companies so if managed well they can generate more jobs and revenue with less investment. Small companies help larger companies as they purchase machinery, equipment like trucks, fax, and phones produced by larger companies which creates jobs. Small companies hire people locally which generates employment as compare to larger companies where they procure globally as to cut their costs which does not generate much employment for the local communities. Smaller companies are flexible when it comes to qualification and experience when they hire people as compare to larger companies which help people with less qualification to get in the job market and acquire experience and small companies do provide better experience as employees have to wear different hats to do their job in small companies.…

The location is very important for this business. The ideal location is in or near busy city center with a good access. The best would be area next a free car park with a lot of parking places. A restaurant will also provide home delivery for our customers. The rent is usually high in city center, so it would be appropriate to look for some other areas with good access and good location, maybe some frequently used road from near highly populated area.…
