A. Introduction
Language learning is also believed to be more motivating when the students are focusing something other than language, such as ideas, issues and opinion. Motivating and Focusing are the words who have a big meaning in teaching foreign language. Teacher has to try and try to improve the students’ motivation and focus in many ways and many methods. One of the approaches is Content Based Approach. This approach provides the students to have a motivation and focus.
CBA is designed to provide second-language learners instruction in content and language. Historically, the word content has changed its meaning in language teaching. Content used to refer to the methods of grammar-translation, audio-lingual methodology and vocabulary or sound patterns in dialog form. Recently, content is interpreted as the use of subject matter as a vehicle for second or foreign language teaching/learning.
In recent years content-based instruction has become increasingly popular as a means of developing linguistic ability. It has strong connections to project work, task-based learning and a holistic approach to language instruction.
Content Based Approach can be applied to many contents of language it’s refers to the teacher. The approach is freely to expand by the teachers. As long as students have their happy time and enjoying learning they have already motivated and focused on the content.

    We’ve allowed a natural approach to language instruction to dominate our schools, hoping our English learners 
“will just figure it out.” (SCOE, 2009) This approach suggested by Kevin Clark proposes that teachers explicitly teach ELL by giving them a set of skills. Teacher will have to teach students not just vocabulary, but the sound system of language, the words and their word parts and meanings, and also rules for structuring sentences grammatically. By sparking interest the teacher is now adding value to the lesson. Since students synonymize interest with value, the teacher would prove effective.     One of the U.S. educational challenges of today is meeting the educational needs of the English language learners. This growing diverse population of English learners has to simultaneously learn to build their English language proficiency and the content area within their grade level standard. This makes it a double challenge for them and their teachers. After observing a lesson based on a video simulation of a classroom, I will discuss five components: comprehensible input, ongoing specific and immediate feedback, grouping structures and techniques, building background and vocabulary development and student engagement that were integrated into the lesson.     The children were keen to learn English language as they found it the most difficult to understand. I initially borrowed their textbook and came up with a lesson plan and since I was a novice teach managing the class was the most difficult of all and though there was the lesson plan delivery of the content was difficult as children did not understand words as there was no phonological awareness and therefore could not bring out effective student learning through the children were enthusiastic to learn.
