The researchers in this article did more than just questionnaires like other people did which I believe made their article more credible. They could have included in the study the actual range of physical activity to include more of an understanding. Overall, I firmly agree that physical activity can and will help with quality of life, and not just for people with temporal lobe epilepsy.
Nevertheless, if you have temporal lobe epilepsy and you want a better quality of life, go be active. Maybe just start out walking a mile every day, anything can help. I knew a person who had temporal lobe epilepsy and on days she was active she felt much better than the days she laid around. Some days it was not easy to make herself stand up and go for a walk, but she did it on account of that is what helped her.
