4.0 Tender Evaluation Criteria
Valve Enterprise is looking for contractors of high qualifications in constructing this project. Valve Enterprise prioritizes the characteristic s and personalities of a contractor rather than their amount of experiences. Below listed are criteria’s which Valve Enterprise hopes to see in a contractor.
Criteria

Costing

The cost of constructing this project should be as minimal as possible with assurance of the project quality. The maximum cost should not exceed RM30.

Provide detailed calculations on the estimation of cost for each material used in this construction.
Experience

Contractors should have basic knowledge of Physics and construction. Well experienced contractors with valid evidence will be an additional benefit.

Provide certificate of participation in any construction projects and photocopy of their latest result slips on Physics.
Responsibility

Contractors should have self-discipline and respect for the designers. Contractors should not change the design of project without the approval of designers.

Contractors will have to be interviewed by designers to get a rough picture of their personalities.
Time Management

The completion of project should be done as soon as possible with good quality. The expected duration will be three days before the deadline.

Organization chart for the construction progress of this project should be provided.
Creativity

Suggestions and improvements for the design of this project are most welcomed. Contractors should be able to give creative ideas.

Every suggestion and improvement should be supported by strong evidence to convince designers.
Professionalism

Contractors should follow every specification of the project design. Unnecessary mistakes during the construction progress should be avoided.

Contractors are able to solve problematic situations given by the designers. Able to show their professionalism in suggesting ways to
