Most animals have the ability to move around whether it be flying, crawling or walking. As a result of animals having mobility, it makes their lives less complicated in a way. Animals can migrate if food gets scares; their lives are at risk or weather changes. On the other hand, plants are rooted into the soil so they cannot move internally. However, plants do not suffer because they are independent on their internal components and the sun. Plants have the ability to stay in one area and live a full life just as mobile animals do.
Animals depend on their environment to eat. If there is no food source available then animals must migrate onto another area or they will starve and die. Plants make their own food through a process called photosynthesis that takes place in the leaves. The sun and plants work together to produce oxygen and take in carbon dioxide. Coincidently animals take in oxygen and gives off carbon dioxide. Plants have the longer end of the stick because as long as the sun is shining, plants will always be existent but if there are no plants animals will not be able to survive.
Animals reproduce by having sex. Once the sperm meets the egg animals can have from one to many offspring. Animals mate with each other based on mating calls, vibrant colors, size and several other physical traits. In contrast, Plants have the ability to both mate with other plants and mate with their selves. Plants can reproduce by pollination where pollen from one plant is moved to another by wind, animals or water. Some animals have
