Terza Mima Figurative Language

My poem, as required, is a Terza Rima and includes a few different types of figurative language to give it meaning and deviation. It also rhymes and each line is worded a specific way in order to get its point across. If the poem doesn’t rhyme, it either doesn’t sound right or doesn’t make sense to the reader. I also used repetition to emphasize my important thoughts and feelings. This creates a setting where the reader understands how the poet feels or thinks at the time of its writing. It easily shows the reader a point of view. I used personification in my poem to show how something as simple or mundane as a patch of grass could flesh out the poem entirely.
