The assumption elements I have identified are based on a combination of my previous experiences, others’ perspectives, and facts. I have applied for jobs in the past few years which included taking a personality test as part of the application process. I felt that I was highly qualified for the positions that I had applied for because I had the education and/or training and work experience that was needed. I was not offered the jobs, and I felt it was because of the personality test that I took when I applied. The prospective employer decided that my personality did not fit in with the other employees or was not a good match for the position.
