The way he provided his assistance, advises, and comments for my research and writing efforts were quite impressive. I learned from his insight a lot. I like to express my heartfelt gratefulness to him for being more than generous with his expertise and precious hours of reflecting, discussing, reading, encouraging and most of all patience throughout the process. I recognized him as a teacher who helped me in discovering my talents and self- confidence through all the research work from the selection the research topic to the collection of feedbacks, ending it to the analysis and recommendation from which I learned a lot to make my report successful and effective for the readers.
