Thank you, Robin. Due to lower airfares and gas prices, this year is projected to be the busiest Thanksgiving travel season in eight years. AAA says that 47 million people are expected to travel at least 50 miles from their home over Thanksgiving weekend, 300,000 more people than last year. But with more travel comes more concern over safety, especially in areas of mass transit. After the Paris terrorist attack, security at train stations and airports across the country has seen an increase.

after they received anonymous bomb threats. The first flight left from Los Angeles, with the second leaving from Washington, D.C. Police did not find explosives on either plane. Keith Rosso, a passenger on the L.A. flight tweeted this photo (show photo) from the plane when it was being searched and captioned it with, “Thankful for everyone who has been working to keep everyone calm and make sure air travel is safe.”
Here at Grand Central Station, there is a bigger police presence than usual. Just earlier today, we saw a bomb-sniffing dog inspect a backpack that was left unattended. It turned out to be a false alarm, but many passengers are happy that the police are taking the extra precaution.

We reached out to the U.S. Department of Transportation and its spokesperson said that travellers should not change their travel plans, as there are no known specific threats at this time. They do recommend, however, that travellers stay on alert and report any suspicious sightings. From Grand Central Station, Harry Jones. Robin.
Thank you, Harry. We wanted to know if people are more worried than usual about their safety while traveling this upcoming week. We posed that question to our Twitter followers and this is what they said:

FUNERAL
More than 1,000 people showed up to the funeral of a veteran who had no known living family members. Eighty-year-old Billy Aldridge, a former Marine corporal, had been living alone at an Indianapolis nursing home for 10 years before he died last month. The funeral home that the nursing home took Aldridge to decided that a proper funeral was needed so that the country’s veteran could be remembered as the hero he was. The funeral home sent out a public invitation, calling Aldridge “an unclaimed veteran.” More than 1,000 people showed up, filling the church’s seats and lining the walls. Thank you for your service, Corporal Aldridge.
DUGGAR
Josh Duggar is making headlines again.
The former star of TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting” has been sued by an adult film actress for allegedly assaulting her on two separate occasions. Ashley Stamm-Northup said that Duggar approached her and paid $600 for lap dances at a Philadelphia strip club. Stamm-Northup claims that Duggar then paid $1,500 more to have sex with her in a hotel room. It was here that the consensual sex allegedly became violent. PHELPS
Michael Phelps is going to be a dad.
The Olympic swimmer is expecting his first child -- a baby boy -- with fiance, Nicole Johnson. Phelps made the announcement on Instagram, telling his followers that that the couple found out they were having a baby eight weeks ago and that his fiance is 12 weeks along. Johnson also posted on her Instagram account, saying the two “couldn’t be happier.” Phelps and Johnson announced their engagement on Instagram in February after having dated on and off since 2007. Judging by this picture, it looks as though there might be another history-making swimmer on the way. (In picture, Phelps is holding up little Speedo in front of fiance’s belly.)

BECKHAM
People magazine has dubbed a new Sexiest Man Alive, and the title goes to none other than former soccer star David Beckham. The 40-year-old dad of four was humble about receiving the honor, saying, quote, "I never feel that I'm an attractive, sexy person." How does his wife of 16 years, Victoria, feel about her husband getting the award? According to Beckham, she has congratulated him on it. The couple’s 16-year-old son, Brooklyn, was not as approving, though, joking that he should have been the Beckham to be crowned with the honor. Maybe next year, Brooklyn.
