The 4P’s analysis demonstrates that the relatively low price rates, convenient geographic location, and narrow business orientation proved to be the key factor in the company’s success. The 5C’s analysis indicates the conditions under which the company can develop its marketing strategy. Thus, despite operating on the well-developed market of IT service, IT Consulting managed to take its own niche by focusing on small- and medium-sized businesses.
