The Amazing Water Ride In Universal Studios, Singapore
Personal Narrative Draft 2:

In this story I will be talking about the amazing water ride in Universal studios, Singapore. I still remember till this day, how many times I rode that ride. Since last 7 years we have been going to a lot of amusement parks like 6 Flags, Disneyland, MGM Studio, Lego land, Epcot center, etc. When we jumped in the car, I was as ready as can be.

I was very excited when I read the map of universal studio. All of a sudden I began to become greedy, I wanted to go to the Harry potter ride, Transformer ride, Indiana jones ride, Star wars ride, etc. We finished the whole park except for the SPLASH Mountain ride. Unfortunately, the best ride was the last one we rode. We walked over to the line and we saw the sign say 3

May you stop”, I said
They just kept quiet which was the first success I have had when telling someone to be quiet.
“La, la la, la la”, I mumbled.
I was getting bored. Way to bored. Then, of a sudden, BOOM!!! We were at the front of the line. We waited in the line until it was our turn.
“Finally”, I said
“I know”, said my Dad.
We went on the crate was pumped. I was ready to go. I made it a point that I HAVE to be in the first seats. Me and my Dad pushed and moved people, and I admit, that was not very nice. But still, our goal was the first seat. We quickly ran to the manager of the ride and asked him for the first seats. Luckily the people in the first seats had a child who was too small to ride so we had been gifted the front seats. I was soooooo ready to go down huge slides. When we were slowly moving some people started booing. I heard mumble, “ This sucks”. All I did was wait till the

It was a huge fall. Then we went into the dark. Wow. Is this the end, I thought. Well, I was definitely wrong. “AHHHHHHHHHH”, we yelled as we fell again. After several more small slides, we came to the big daddy. It took around at least 4 minutes to go up!!!!
“Dad? Can we go again after this”, I asked.
No reply. I guess he was ready for the HUGE fall that was coming. Then we got to see how far down it is. I almost had a heart attack!!! Well, there is no turning back now, I thought. It was higher than any of the roller coasters I have ever seen. And then we fell. We went down so fast we couldn't even scream!!!! In the video we could only see our mouths open and eyes wide. Plus we were soaking!!!!
“Awesome Dad!!. Let's go again!!!!!”, I said.
I kept on insisting my dad to go on this epic ride again and again. At that moment I wished he said yes. Usually he would have a stomach ache or something. Fortunately, he said yes!!!! We dashed off like a rocket to get my mom and my sister and we went again and it was a blast. My Dad figured out that there was a fast pass. I was going so crazy, he decided he will pay 50$ for a Fast Pass so we do not have to wait in line for another 3

In 2007 my family and I went to Desoto Caverns. There was a ride there that you had to be a certain height for. I wanted to ride it, so bad! It was called bumper baths, you raced around this track in a little bathtub. I wasn’t tall enough to drive it, but the…

Screams pierced through the salty, humid, California air. Intimidating rides towered above me, even the thought of riding them terrifying me. Thundering waves crashed as a backdrop for the “Belmont Park” sign that about touched the clouds. Excitement and anticipation coursed through my veins. My palms turned clammy and we made our way through the never ending line to get our tickets. Wafting through the light breeze was the sweet aroma of funnel cakes, cotton candy, and hotdogs. Looking around me I knew one thing, I was determined to go on the three most daunting rides, the Giant Dipper, a hair-raising roller coaster, the Beach Blaster, sickening my stomach at the thought of it and lastly the dark looming room of extreme laser tag.…

Most people think of Disney World as a place for children. So, when my boys began asking to go there for our family vacation, I wasn’t very excited. I had never been there and imagined me and my husband just following the boys around the park. Boy, was I wrong! Each of us had a wonderful time and it seems that we all remember things different, even though we were all together on the same vacation. Our five different memories have apparently come from our five different senses.…

When we got to the seats, I hopped in one, wondering what was going to happen to me when I got in a seat. The workers came to me, Joey, and Coopers seats and strapped us in. After they made sure I was secure and safe, they put a thumbs up signaling we were okay. Then the seats reclined so we can see the ground, (I thought it was to make it look like we were falling to the ground). I knew this was…

We got out the car and proceeded to venture through City Walk to our destination. Once at long last at the entrance of Universal Studios with the symbolic Universal Studios Earth Monument in front of me. Wishing to capture the moment I asked my sister if she could take a photo of me standing in front of it, and it turned out to be an amazing shot that will define my experience every time I see it. We walked towards the gates and… We were met by another long line that seemed as if it would take ages to progress in, but, in reality was surprisingly swift! Our miniature journey was complete and once we were allowed in I swear I jumped up and screamed “Awesome”. My very first visit to a theme park, a visit that I will actually remember unlike the time I went to Disneyland when I was 3.…

When we think Disneyland, we think the happiest place on earth. For those who think this is an exaggeration, let me shed some light on why this place is magical for me. Disneyland to me means family traditions with a heart full of happiness and love. When you first enter Disneyland, you are overcome with a vast amount of emotions. I get a nervous feeling deep inside my gut. The excitement overwhelms me, knowing that in just a few small steps, I will see the castle at the end of Main Street. The smell of churros are in the air. The crowds are filled with children and parents. You can hear children’s laughter and excitement. And if you look closely, you can see Mickey and friends in the corner signing autographs and taking pictures. I close my…

"AHHHHHHH!" I screamed as the roller coaster began climbing up the steep hill. In what seemed to be an eternity the rollercoaster made it only halfway to the top. Looking down below at the pool area I saw people which seemed like ants. Click, Click, Click the roller coaster continues to the top.My heart starts beating faster, my hands and whole body starts to shake and sweat; at this point I know what's coming, I didn’t know whether to hold my breath or to breathe deeply; I panic as I look for something nice, steady and strong to hold me and keep me safe from the fall of death.…

It was a hot, sunny Monday morning, the big clouds in the sky looked as soft as cotton candy. It finally turned noon and our plane landed in the Disney run way. Not too far away, I could see the top of Cinderella’s castle, at that very moment I felt my heart skip a beat. Needless to say, my dream was starting to feel like a reality. I firmly grabbed my dad’s hand and dashed off the plane as if Cinderella was waiting for me outside. We rode the monorail to the Magic Kingdom theme park. Unfortunately, the ride there was longer than I had anticipated.…

Even though I have ridden the Magical Express bus from Orlando Airport many times, I always vibrate with excitement as I crane my neck out the window to get my first glimpse of Space Mountain. The monorail zooms beside our bus, pointing the way to the Magic Kingdom. Finally, we reach the sign announcing our arrival at the Magic Kingdom. When we walk through the dark tunnel at the front gate, it always feels as if I am entering another world. I see Pluto hugging a boy and signing autographs. Walking next to him is a man with so many Mickey Mouse balloons it looks like he could drift away to the moon. I hear Ragtime music that makes me want to dance with my Mom. I hear bubbling laughter all around me, and everything sparkles and shines like it was made special just for me. I keep returning to Walt Disney World because when I do, I feel like I’m coming home.…

Yes, the Studio Tour might count as a ride to some people but it’s really not. For me I love everything about the Studio Tour but I have three things I really love when I go. One of the things I like is the Earthquake attraction of an 8.3 earthquake inside a soundstage where we look like we are in an underground subway station in San Francisco. Its feel like we are in a real earthquake where they shake the tram really hard. They also have the burning gasoline truck that collapse through the roof where you can see the street behind it, fire and spark effects everywhere, a derailing subway train come right at us, and flood of water. This attraction was featured in a small number of films and television shows: The Great Los Angeles Earthquake (1990), Beverly Hills Cop III (1993) , Seaquest DSV (1991), and Bones(2009). The next entertainment show was really hard to pick out of my really favorite attraction, but I have to say the Fast & Furious- Supercharged would come in second place. This attraction is based on The Fast and the Furious film where we have to escape from Owen Shaw (Wisteria Lane) with the help from Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel), Leticia "Letty" Ortiz (Michelle Rodriguez), Roman Pearce (Tyrese Gibson), and Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson). The Fast & Furious attraction makes us feel like we are being chase outside into the freeway if Los Angeles where we are getting shot at by guns and RPGs. The last ride that I would keep getting on is one of the top attractions that everybody has to get on before leaving the park is called King Kong: 360 3-D. In this attraction we are going back to where it all started to Skull Island. They have the stage dressed as recreation of Skull Island and also smell like we are in the middle of the woods. This attraction has us really felling like we are really there and…

A huge Mickey’s Fun Wheel jumped out at me right when I walked into the California Park. The colorful flowers set alongside a beautiful lagoon. The clip-clop of horse drawn carriages brought people back to carefree days. And of course, I never forget the biggest reason for going to Disneyland – the rides. There was a number of eye-catching moments here- some featuring otherworldly creatures, and white knuckle thrill rides through the clear sky.…
