The American Dream Is Hard To Be True
I do believe this is to be true because it is hard to imagine anything more fundamental to most Americans than the belief that we are the authors of our own fate. We go to school, study, get jobs, and work hard with all the assumption that doing so will allow us to achieve financial security, but that house in the suburb with the white picket fence, and perhaps even attain great wealth. This faith in the American dream, in the United States is the land of opportunity, success and prosperity through hard work. Take away this faith that we will be justly rewarded for our hard work, it would be difficult for many of us to get up in the morning to do our best. A very small country where poverty is one of the major problems. After my father pass away, we had a high class life, which means that we were rich in my country, my father used to have his own company where he bought his houses, land, buses, motorcycle etc. When he met my mother, thy got married, they had three children including me, and we had a happy life. When my father passed away, everything went to catastrophe because my mother did not have any experience to work, and my father made a big mistake to sell everything before he die. My mother did not had other choice to sell everything to support my siblings and me. All the money run out, and my mother was desperate, so she decided to come to the American Dream. It was not easy for her to came to a country where she did not had any family, nor support from friends. My mother is a big example of someone that achieve her accomplishment with a hard work, dedication and effort. Now her American Dream came true, after 20 years living in the United States, she have a medium class of life. She did not had any education at all, but she worked hard to give us a decent
