Time management is the most important skill that takes an individual towards success. Effective time management improves the quality of everyday life. Through time management one can achieve emotional, physical and financial benefits. One of the greatest advantage of time management is reduction of stress. Effective time management with well organized and prioritized schedule significantly reduces stress by completing task on time. For instance since my mom plans the day according to priority and time she will be able to do every thing starting from home making to work at office. Besides this time management also gives peace of mind and sense of achievement. For instance submitting the project before time gives me immense happiness and sense of achievement as I will be getting spare time for recreational activities In addition to this time management increases the productivity by providing extra time so that one can plan further. For instance as I work according to my schedule I get lot of free time to work on future projects thereby the productivity is increased and I will be able to achieve my goals faster. Furthermore time management also strengthens the family bond by completing the task within set limit and giving time to spend with family there by making the bond stronger. For example as all my family work according to plan we get time to enjoy together. Not only this time management is also useful in achieving better health by giving time to perform exercise and making healthier meals instead of having unhealthy fast food.
Hence time management is an important skill which not only makes an individual successful but also reduces stress, increases the productivity and even makes relation healthier
