Well, it all began with the plane ride. I was extremely happy that the plane ride started at 11:00, which meant I would wake up 9:00 and get some extra rest and start going to the airport at 10:00. Nope, it wasn't like that. I had to wake up at 6:00 because we had to be at the airport at 8:00 and the flight stated at 11:00. Isn't that stupid. I was so mad I had to wake up earlier then usual. Anyways back to the plane ride. When the plane started I was extremely scared but once we were in the sky it was amazing, being in between the clouds and seeing the sun. It was fascinating.
Once we got on the ground I was relieved we made it there alive. In the airport there were wonderful Jamaican stuff. When we came out of the airport, there were lots of taxi's and people waiting for loved ones. When our ride came, I was exited because I would see my uncle John who I hadn't seen since I was 4. While we drove home we saw a jerk chicken and ribs stand and stopped to eat. You can guess what I had! Both and it was delicious.
When we got to my Uncle John's house I was really happy that I could see my cousin Ka Wayne (who came from Jamaica to visit us that summer but I'll talk about that later). I also saw my grandma and Aunt Novelette. The day after that I really didn't do any thing but stay inside and watch DVD's, but that night was really funny because my cousin has the Shaggy Cd so we were singing to it and my cousin loves rapping, so we made up raps and mine went like this "Yo, my name is Toni and I'm so hot and you are not because you couldn't come up with this on the spot". That was great, right? You don't have to answer that. I know the answer "No".
The next day I went to the beach it was hilarious because my mom was taking pictures of me doing cartwheels in the water and in one picture you can't see my head because it's underwater. He He . The sad part was that I
