The Bible is a television mini-series, which is based on the bible. This new five part 10 hours mini- series tells some of the best-known stories from the most popular book, from Noah’s ark to the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. This mini-series from History channel, features powerful performances, amazing visual effects that bring a spectacular life into the dramatic tales of faith and courage from Genesis through Revelation. At first The Bible looked like any other series made before, but on the first episode you know that this historic television event is sure to entertain and inspire the whole family. Episode one opens with breathtaking cinematography of Noah and the flood while he is speaking with conviction and passion about the six days of creation and the reason they are on the boat. It’s powerful performance draw more than 13.1 million viewer on its first episode. From beginning to end, the show goes through both Old and New Testaments, with the hope of informing, inspiring and drawing viewers back to the Bible. This spectacular acting gives viewers the best glimpse into the pure humanity of the situations facing the people. This Hollywood production did an amazing job by capturing the elements of each story told. This 10-hour docudrama explores the sacred text’s most significant episodes, including Noah’s journey in the ark, the Exodus and the life of Jesus. Each scene draws inside each event, like it’s you first time listening to the story. It's impossible to put into words the awe-inspiring emotions I felt watching the stories come to life on the screen. The attention to detail is impeccable, the acting, and the music is breathtaking.
