The Bull Alternate Ending
THE BULL Then it was time for Dragonet to ride the Bull. He gave her instructions on how to put the harness on, so she would have something to hold. Place the pad behind his neck, for her to sit and tuck her heels in to his shingles giving her feet a hold, to give her balance to stand on his back. How to lean her body to turn him in the direction she chooses to go. To speak to him mentally while in flight and in battle. Then she was to learn how to dismount while she was still flying, to roll-off his back for battle with her swords drawn. She was already wearing her riding clothes, were almost the same as wearing nothing. She needed free movement when she was ridding the dragon and in battle. Her boots came all the way up her legs to …show more content…
The young girl was screaming and fighting him with all her might, he was too big and too strong for her to have any type of chance against him. Dragonet dropped the bag of food, and pursued after him. Pushing him away from the village people, but they followed. Bull was laying down a row of fire right in front of the stranger, stopping him from proceeding any farther. Images flashed through her mind; of the dead, she had seen the thought of their fate at the hands of these creatures. Something changed in her. She began to burn, fiery power gathered from deep within her body. The power grew stronger Dragonet became a warrior. Without any thought or hesitation Dragonet swords were drawn.

She could hear a voice. “Let the swords be part of you Dragonet. They will respond to the slightest movement and thought.” The voice told her the dragons created them by the energy of white magic. He was known for his explosive exit out of the chute. Also, his technique of kicking his back legs up, bringing his head to the ground, and slamming his head back crushing the riders’ faces. His bone crushing technique is what sent Tuff to the hospital. Tuff Hedeman got the lucky draw of choosing bodacious to ride in the finals. That bull has had only six other riders ride him and none of the six had lasted an eight second ride on this bull. That undefeated bull has sent every rider to the hospital, so Tuff knew he was up for a good ride. Tuff was ready to beat this bull and Bodacious was ready to show him that he was not an easy ride. During the ride Tuff said his first jump felt fine. Then Bodacious’ horn hit his face and he ended up getting slammed on the ground and his body went numb. He said he could not close his jaw so he knew it was broken. When he looked up at the audience they were all staring at him with terror in their eyes. They could not find the ambulance driver, so Tuff just sat down and watched the ride on the TV screen while he was waiting. When they got him into the ambulance, his eyes started swelling…

32 “Well its actually happening ma’, I’m goin’ back to school.”Rufus said. “I want you to know, I truly am proud of you Rufus.” His mother replied. Curtis and Janet went to a different school then Rufus but he still walked them to school then walked himself to school. On his way to school a car followed him very slowly but Rufus kept walking. When he got to school it looked the same on the outside that it always had. Rufus pushed open the doors at Searingtown School and yelled “I’m back!” All of his friends ran over to hug him. He went down to the office to get a tour he thought he didn’t need because he remembered every single solitary thing about this place. While the tour was going on everything going on was a blur. He looked left, right and left again, admiring the changes the school had made. “Wow” he sighed. “Is there a problem Rufus?” the tour guide asked. Rufus answered, “When I was here the wall paint was all chipped, there were broken windows and holes in the walls.” “Oh ok, well that concludes our tour and this door on your right is your first period class.” The tour guide replied. Rufus walked in and sat at an available seat at the back of the class room. He opened his notebook and took notes even though he didn’t understand anything that was going on. By the time 5th period came around it was time for lunch he was starving. All of his friends called him over and asked him to sit with him. Momma didn’t make him a big lunch because they didn’t have that much food in the house and then needed to split it 3 different ways. Allison who used to have a big crush on Rufus sat right next to him. Mitchell and Charlie sat across from him and Christina, Alisha and Sammy sat around them. Feelings of foreboding flooded his senses as the hair on the back of his neck stood out. Someone had listened to his conversation, and was residing in the shadows of his room. How had he not sensed this before? “Whoever is here, step forward. Do so quickly or face my wrath.” A tall, muscular man stepped forward. A knight, he surmised, wearing jade colored armor with a coat of arms on his chest plate that he did not recognize, figures of two fighting dragons adorned his gauntlets, and in his hands, he threateningly…

During the eight centuries of the Spanish War of the Reconquest ( from 711-1492 A.D.), the Moors, knights, and Christians, not comfortable killing one another, would allow themselves (once in a while) a respite; but in order for them to not become bored, and also to release their “manly” instincts, they would all compete in this hunting expedition existing in the Iberian lands. Deer and other lax animals were easy prey, and while a cornered bear or boar would put up a fight, it was never a challenge for the valiant knights. However, the scenario was never the same when they faced the Iberian bull. This beast, with its unique noble bravery would, when provoked, rather die fighting than flee - transforming the hunt into a challenging exchange in which the bravest of warriors could bring their outermost courage. Perhaps a nobleman with a daring spirit thought about capturing several of these horned beasts, taking them to their village, and recreating the thrill of a hunt so that the knights would demonstrate their skill and win the admiration of the subjects. Thus, in a small corner of Medieval Spain, the beginning of what today is Spanish spectacle of bullfighting was created.…

The service industry interacts with our lives on a daily basis. Services can be defined as deeds, processes and performances. When considering the differences between products and services, intangibility and the fact that a service cannot be touched, tasted, viewed or tried on are terms often used (McColl-Kennedy & Kiel 2000). Services differ from goods in essentially four ways: (1) intangibility; (2) inseparability; (3) heterogeneity; (4) perishability (Kotler, Brown, Adam, Burton, Armstrong 2006). To deliver a quality service, managers also pay attention to the importance of tangibles that support service delivery as well as service delivery blueprinting. Managers must also accept that service failures occur and be able to develop strategies to address failures (Fitzsimmons & Fitzsimmons 2001).…
