M1- Explain the points of view of different stakeholders seeking to influence the aims and objectives of two contrasting organisations.
Stakeholders
A stakeholder is anyone that is interested in a business, whether it is a small business or a big business. Stakeholders are individuals, group or organisations that are affected by the action of the business. They include the following:
Owners that are interested in how much profit the business makes
Managers and employees who are concerned about their wages or their salaries.
Customers who want the business to produce quality products at reasonable prices.
Suppliers who want the business to continue to buy their products.
The customers are a very important stakeholder of Morrison’s and Islamic relief because the aims mostly involve them, Morrison’s want to deliver an improving quality shopping experience for their customers and therefore if the customers are not happy with the products that Morrison’s produce and if that happens then the customer will obviously complain to the business, so by this the aim of Morrison’s has been affected and the customers have been influenced by this because it would be then Morrison’s responsibility to fix the problem and ensure that the customer is happy with the product. Morrison’s also have an aims to provide great products at fair prices which shows an ethnical ability from Morrison’s to provide their customers with the products that are priced fairly and fairly produced. Therefore the business will notice that their profits are increasing which means that the customers are happy with the business and the products that the business produces. This is the same thing that Islamic relief would do, but they do not sell products but help the poor that are suffering from third world countries. So by this the viewers would think they should donate. Viewers are stakeholders as well so if the viewers are more than happy to donate then the employees will provide a service to
