McDonald’s Our clean restaurants, great tasting and safe food, and child-friendly Happy Meal toys, McDonald’s is committed to ensuring that the foods and beverages we serve to our customers are safe. This means working with our suppliers who monitor, test and track ingredients. In addition, we have a comprehensive program to ensure the safety of all toys and promotional items. It is the responsibility of every McDonald’s employee to follow all applicable safety and hygiene policies and procedures; We believe the words “Welcome to McDonald’s” should apply to our employees just as much as our customers. We’re proud of our food, and we’re just as proud of the jobs we create. Maybe it’s a way to buy that first vehicle. It could be a way to support yourself through college. Or it could be the way you enter into the corporate world.     McDonald’s national hiring day was only one day which they received thousands of application from people in the United States and they were trying to hire 50,000 new people. Crew and management positions were the types of jobs McDonald’s were seeking for.
