The Characteristics Of A Sociopath

A sociopath doesn’t have to necessarily be a serial killer or someone who is incarcerated. Sociopaths can be dangerous, they’re hungry for power and they don’t feel guilt or remorse. Not all are inherently evil contrarily, some are highly productive members of society. They can be very charismatic and fail to conform to social norms making that one of the many reasons why they stand out, either for better or for worst. The biggest characteristic of a sociopath is their lack of empathy. They can’t imagine or feel the emotional worlds of other people. It’s very foreign to them being that they do not have a conscience. These attributes transpire into everyday living with careers and relationships. As time and society evolves, there will be more
and more people diagnosed with sociopathy. In today’s time ,life as we know it, is perceived and determined by how successful a person is and how much they have accomplished. To the point that most people are fixated on just that, succeeding. Succeeding will always be known as a good thing but it’s the sacrifice and willingness that coincides with the modern day sociopath.
