When I walked in, I felt a sense of urgency -- but in a good way. The sense of urgency was similar to when you walk the streets of New York or look behind the scenes at an expensive fashion show. In order to satisfy the needs of their 200 customers, efficient servers are constantly buzzing around like bees in a hive to wait on their tables every need. I came in at around 12 and was seated almost immediately. The didactic dining room was studded with glass art fixtures, intricate ceilings, and marble doorways while the kitchen is located in the center to make sure there is always a circling aroma of their sweet and savory menu. Once I was seated, I began to flip through the pages of the extremely intricate menu filled with a meal to fit every taste. I choose the buffalo blasts as my appetizers and their name did not disappoint. The fried buffalo chicken filled spiced wrap served with celery is a fun twist on the normal chicken wing basket. These alternative chicken wings had the warm and melty texture of a mozzarella stick but kept the hearty crunch of a french fry. Following the appetizer, I ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and the smokehouse barbeque burger. While the cinnamon roll pancakes were fluffy clouds accompanied by a never-ending icing swirl, the smokehouse barbeque burger has the hickory smell and taste that even true texans will nod their hat too. To finish off the night, I flipped to the Cheesecake menu. The 30 various flavors were mouth watering to read with every description making sure to include moose, fudge, or caramel. I choose the classic oreo cheesecake. The creamy cake was chilled to perfection and topped with a crumbly cookie crunch. My spoon slide through the cake with a surprising ease like it was warm butter. The outstanding desert was an appropriate ending to the outstanding meal. Even though the food was a little pricey for my 17 year old wallet, I was still glad to pay. Knowing that there are over 200 Cheesecake Factories in business, I was expecting fast service, greasy foods, and average decor. To my avail, The Cheesecake Factory created a personalized meal with an orderly staff and a gorgeous dining room. I will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the 250 various items on the Cheesecake Factory Menu.
