I can imagine what he is feeling, hoping for and going through to be with these football players because he is too scrawny, but really wants to feel apart of a team or group. In the light the helmet looked lonely, sad, like some large bird’s egg lost from it’s nest.” (Weaver 8). I can imagine what the helmet looks like and almost felt like.
