He made a really good point about putting them on a mirror because your goals will be the first thing you look at in the morning so you start the day of thinking about your goals and when you go to bed the last thing you see is your goals so that you are thinking about them up until you fall asleep and even dream about them. As a coach I will have them list their top five goals as individuals and for the team. I will make copies of them so that we can look at them half way through the season and see where we stand and I will suggest the put them on the mirror or in their lockers.
