RECOMMENDATION
SUMMARY OF FINDINGS Sleep deprivation interferes to a condition of not having enough sleep or simply lack of sleep. In most cases, people engage in sleeping late at night due to some personal reasons. Others may have extreme stress that’s why they cannot sleep early at night. Others may engage into some activities and duties at home, Mostly, IV-A students reason why they can’t sleep early every night is due to activities to be done at home. The individual experiencing with this kind of deprivation may undergo stress, depression, sleepy eyes at school or at work and having low performances. There are also others who are unable to sleep for the whole day. Because of this, educators are given the authority to conduct special means to discipline the student’s behavior.
CONCLUSION
The goal of sleeping early most especially to the students of the IV-A is to have a normal and pleasing personality in each individual. Majority of the IV-A students sleep very late in evening. This is due to some different reasons. This bad habit affects almost all of their personality as a student. This greatly affects their concentration of their studies. But, then again, sleep deprivation should be avoided so that bad affects may not happen.
RECOMMENDATION
Various strategies and preventions may be helpful when addressing sleep deprivation to students. If this condition becomes a threat to the individual, it is advisable to seek special agencies or educators that can handle this. There are ways to prevent sleeping late these are:
*Setting a constant and Consistent Schedule -Schedule all things you must do on that night than the time of your sleep would be done at the right time.
*Lessen doing unnecessary things
-If you find many works to be done at that particular time, you must set aside first the things that
