Part ABCD of the story----- The Dog Who Wanted to Die

Part A:
This is a story about a boy who was named David, adopted a dog, Monty. Monty is the dog of the Claphams, Daivd's neighbour. Monty was a victim of neglect and that makes it looks so ugly in the outside. This also made David dislike Monty. David's father moved out when David was fifteen years old. He was very sad and angry because he did not understand why his father had to move out. One day, he found out that his neighbour moved away leaving Monty there and he adopted it. Although he adopted Monty instead of letting it sent to the Humane Society, he did not change the attitude to Monty. After his dad moved out, David was so angry that he never talks to his father on the phone and even burnt all the letters that his father sent to him. On the other hand, he even stopped working and his school mark dropped. One day, his mother asked him to lock the door but he did not, and someone got into his house. When the man tried to hurt David, Monty came and saved him and that changed David's attitude towards Monty. He brought it to the vet and found out that Monty was a victim of neglect. After that, David started to take good care of Monty and at last Monty recovered. He then also changed his attitude to his dad and also worked hard at school and get a good grade.

Part B:
Setting:
The setting of this story was when David was 15 years old and it was took place at David's house.
Conflict:
The conflicts in this story are human vs human, human vs animal, and human vs self.
Climax:
The climax in this story was when Monty saved David.
Denouement:
The denouement in this story was everything after Monty saved David.

Part C:
David is an immature person. After his father moved away, he was so angry that he refused to talk to his dad and even burnt all the letters from his father. He thinks that he is as same as his neighbour's dog, Monty, a victim of neglect. He even stopped working and got low marks at school. He is also a self-centre person because he never concern about others' feelings. He always act as the way he wanted to without concerning about his parents and Monty's feelings. That shows that he was an immature and self-centre person.

Part D:
This story reminds me that no matter how you treat someone loves you, they will still love you always. In this story The Dog Who Wanted to Die, although David treated his father and Monty very bad and never concern about their feelings, they still love him. Monty still loves him and even saved him from being hurt by the thief. His father still loves him and was very happy that his son was willing to talk to him. Thats very touching because that shows that how you treat people that really loves you will not change the attitude of them towards you. So, we should always treat people well, especially those who love you.
