The Early Stone Age, Mesopotamia, Ancient Egypt, Ancient Kush. Which civilization would you want to live in? The Early Stone age, was where your early hominids or ancestors lived. Mesopotamia was a between two river called the Euphrates and Tigris rivers. The development of writing occurred in Mesopotamia which was a big deal to government officials and temples because they hired scribes to keep records. In Ancient Egypt, the Egyptians believed in many gods, like Amon-Re, the sun god or Isis, goddess of magic. The Egyptians also believed in the afterlife which was life after death. A god Anubis weighs your heart, if it was light you were allowed in the afterlife, but if your heart was to heavy you would have to stay in your boring tomb. During Ancient Kush there was a land of Nubia. Nubia is located in northeast Africa. Egypt controlled Kush around 1500 B.C, till 1050 BC. The Kushites regained their independence from Egypt. All these civilizations are interesting, but if I could only choose one civilization, I would live in Ancient Egypt, for many reasons why.

So many reasons why to live in Egypt, like getting a chance to design a noble’s family tomb, which was a big deal in Ancient Egypt. No other civilization is like Egypt. Egypt is actually really interesting once you get to know the history. Picking just one civilization was hard, while looking back in my textbook and scrolling through, I found that Egypt was different. It had more beliefs than any other civilization. They believed that certain gods had certain powers, like Osiris god of the underworld. The Early Stone Age, Mesopotamia, Ancient Egypt, and Ancient Kush, so much history in each civilization.
