CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
Family member especially the Father shares not only his memories of the past but also his expectation of sharing future events and experiences. Children carry their memories of past family interaction in their perception and feeling about their Father and in the standards they hold, not only for family behavior but also for the behavior of people in general. Most fathers have some beliefs about the qualities they would like to see their children develop and child-rearing methods that should encourage them. There are many paths to the development of positive as well as negative social behaviors. In the child’s earliest year, His sole interpersonal relation may be with his father and father generally present cultural beliefs, values, and attitude to their children in a highly personalize and selective fashion. “Child Psychology (Ross D. Parke and Mary Gauvain 2009)” Fathers cuddle and pet their child and praise of give him a reward for all sorts of achievements that father and society regards desirable, such as learning to use spoon, naming objects, and also repeating new words. On the other hands, Father have accepted and even indulged a number of “cute” behaviors, all of a sudden the air ring with “No!” “Don’t!” and “Stop!” as a children climb out of their cribs, running with holding a sharp object and put5ting their hands on the working electric fan. Fathers has a big role in the child’s development but what will happen to the child if the father are absent during the period of his adolescence? Remember, it is better for a child to grow-old in this world with his father is beside him. “Living with your father is like attending a
