Yoga is among the exercise activities that help old people to normalize their body function and be active in their daily life.
Effectiveness of Yoga in compare to other exercise
Among different health exercises, Yoga is one of the best healthy activity that help people of all age especially old people to improve their mental, physical and internal strength by performing it regularly.
Risk of functional limitations, disability
The slow working of old people limits their working pattern in other words physical exercise requires human body to have the flexibility to perform different exercise pattern. On the contrary, Yoga requires only mind focus at its initial working that makes it a better option of old people to adopt as their exercise pattern.
Lack of reporting of adverse effects
It is observe that as old people lack active movement of body they are unable to handle the flexibility that is required by implementing Yoga as physical exercise pattern. Moreover, it is found that lack of reporting of the adverse effects in Yoga questions its credibility and exercise pattern in old people.

• It is important for a professional nurse to have a complete information portfolio of their patent along with their eating habits, allergies, age, diagnosis, lab tests, and vital signs to avoid any medication error issue.
• Having the knowledge of the medicines and their formulas also help nurses to avoid exchange of medicines.
• Nurses should communicate with the patient to teach patent the name and purpose of every medicine they are giving to them.
