Assignment: the fear of the lord
1. Psalm 11: 10
The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. Because when we have wisdom, we have all it takes to make a very good decision in all our daily endeavors.
Proverb 9:10 The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. When we have wisdom we simply have everything so it just tells us that if we have the fear of God we have wisdom , knowledge , and understanding .when we have wisdom we are wise we know how to make decision because we have the fear of God , God works through us . 2. Proverb 29:25 The opposite of the fear of God, is the fear of man. The fear of what people like us can do to us instead of us to fear the one who is capable of doing what more than what people like us are capable of doing to us. Everyone is kind of scared of what men are capable of doing, but that is actually not suppose to scare us because all they can do to us is physical things that can also be done to them we should fear the mighty one who can kill and let live , who can give and take away , who can say Yes and say No the one who has the final say .
Matthew 10:28
The opposite of the fear of God, is the fear of people who can destroy the body. Intimidators, evil people but God can destroy both the body and the soul when we have the fear of God we have the wisdom knowledge and understanding it takes to fight against those who intimidate us .
Matthew 26:56
Luke 12: 4-7
The opposite of the fear of the lord, is the fear of the things of the world the fear of people who can only harm the body but have no power over our soul. The ultimate fear should be the fear of the God. Who can destroy both the body and the soul, the one who have the power to destroy when he choose. Not the one who can only destroy the body and they have no power over the soul. We should not fear the one that can also be destroyed but fear the one who cannot be destroyed. 3.
