The four patterns of knowledge are distinguished. The first is empirics of the science of nursing. The knowledge of nursing science has to be systematically organized in order to apply general law and theories. Thus, it can be described and explained. The systematically organized knowledge can predict phenomena of particular concern in health and illness. Also, the knowledge can use the discipline of nursing. When the developing of theories and researches, it is important based on factual evidence. Some conceptual structures can have greater potential than other for providing explanations. Currently, conceptual structure is not generated yet to actual scientific practice. The conceptual structure should continually attempt to observe, describe and classify variation in health or level of wellness, as the expression of human of a human being's relationship.
